- 31x21 cm, 48x32 cm, 67x45 cm, 100x67 cm - The wall art consists of one piece.
- 136x90 cm - The wall art is divided into 2 parts (the dimension of one part is 67x90 cm - see product gallery). The dimension 136x90 cm is the size after hanging on the wall with a 2 cm gap between the individual parts. The gaps between the individual parts can be freely adjusted, thus achieving a larger size.
Product installation:
The wall art includes a hook/s on the back, allowing you to simply hang it on the wall. We recommend hanging the wall art on dowels or stronger nails. Thanks to the higher weight than regular canvas pictures, our wooden wall art is sturdier, more substantial, and holds better on the wall. The weight of individual sizes is listed in the technical parameters. We recommend hanging on dowels or stronger nails.
- For the 31x21 cm and 48x32 cm size, the wall art contains one hook.
- For the 67x45 cm and 100x67 cm sizes, the wall art contains 2 hooks.
- For the 136x90 cm size, each part of the wall art contains 2 hooks (2x2=4 hooks in total).

Some DUBLEZ products come with hooks on the back, making wall hanging easy and secure.
- Small Products (up to 50 cm wide): Feature one hook in the center.
- Large Products (over 50 cm wide): Feature two hooks for added stability.
For best results, use a nail with a head to hang the product securely and prevent slipping. The hook is adjustable by a few millimeters, allowing you to straighten the product if needed.
Installation Steps:
For Products with One Hook:
- Measure the spot on the wall where the product will hang.
- Place a nail in the wall at the measured spot, then hang the product on the nail.
- Use the adjustable hook to center and align the product as needed.
For Products with Two Hooks:
- Measure the wall space and mark spots for each hook.
- For larger products, use stronger nails with small heads or wall anchors with screws to support the weight.
- Ensure both hooks are level to prevent the product from hanging crooked.
- Once hung, adjust the product horizontally a few millimeters to achieve perfect alignment.

Yes, our customers often order our products as gifts for their loved ones. We do not include the invoice in the package, so you do not have to worry that the recipient will see the price of the gift. Invoices are sent exclusively in electronic form to the e-mail address you entered at checkout.
If you are ordering the product as a gift, it will be packed in the same standard way as other orders. We pack every package carefully, safely and tastefully, so the product arrives in perfect condition and looks nice from the moment it is unwrapped.

Before choosing the size, we recommend measuring the space first where you want to place the decoration. The right size is important so that the product looks balanced and natural on the wall.
A size that is too small may get lost on a large wall and look out of place. On the other hand, a size that is too large may visually overwhelm the space and make the decoration look crowded.
We therefore recommend choosing a suitable size according to the width of the wall while also leaving enough free space around the decoration. Ideally, leave at least 20 cm from the edges of the wall or furniture so the space can “breathe” and the decoration stands out nicely.
It is possible to detect a certain smell or odor from our products upon unpacking. Some may find this smell pleasant, while others may not. It is an aroma that results from the manufacturing process. The smell will naturally dissipate within 10 days of unpacking.
The foam tape you applied to the wall is very strong. The product will definitely not fall off the plaster. If you decide to remove the sign after some time, we recommend proceeding very carefully. Ideally, it would be best to first cut the foam from the wall with a long sharp knife from behind the product, and then carefully peel off the remainder that stays on the wall. Since there are various types of plasters, it is necessary to also adapt to the structure and composition of yours.
Since we manufacture products from wooden materials, the answer is debatable. If the product is not directly exposed to rain or splashing water, it should not be a problem. However, it is necessary to consider the varying humidity of the outdoor air and temperature. As wood is a living material, these fluctuations can cause, for example, slight bending of the material. Therefore, in such cases, we recommend mounting the product on the wall with small-headed nails. Thanks to the nail heads, the product will be securely pressed against the wall, ensuring its stability. The number of nails depends on the product.
All our products are manufactured in our DUBLEZ workshop in Slovakia (Europe). 95% of the materials we use for our products are produced in the EU, with nearly all coming from the Czech Republic/Slovakia. Products from our main material supplier meet the strictest standards enforced by the California Air Resources Board which applies stringent quality control conditions for air quality and pollutants. Additionally, the supplier's products are certified by the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), and the wood used for these products comes from verified and well-managed forests, ensuring a renewable and sustainable source.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we can still change it. If you need to quickly change something in your order, it is important to contact us immediately so that it does not go into production. If you realize that you forgot to add another product to your cart, selected the wrong product size, or made a mistake in the delivery details, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we will be able to edit the order before it is produced or shipped.
Yes, we pack our products safely so they arrive to you in perfect condition. Most products are placed in a protective template, and all products are also wrapped in bubble wrap. They are delivered in sturdy cardboard made from 5-layer corrugated board.
Products that consist of several pieces may be packed in a smaller package than the total size of the product, as the individual parts are stacked on top of each other inside the package. There is therefore no need to worry that you have received a different product.
We ship most of our products in a protective wooden template, which is made from the same material as the product itself. The template is attached to the product with paper adhesive tape on the back side.
After removing the paper tape, you can simply take the product out of the template. The template is used for safe transport of the goods to reduce the risk of damage to the product during delivery.
Please note that the template is only packaging material and is not part of the product. Any damage to the template therefore cannot be accepted as a product claim, as it serves exclusively to protect the product during transport.
How to place an order: After selecting the design and size, you need to add the product to your cart. The shopping cart is located in the top right corner of the page. Then you need to fill in:
- Your e-mail address.
- Billing and delivery details.
- Choose the shipping method and payment method.
- Finally, simply submit the order.
If you still have trouble placing an order, it is possible that you made a mistake in one of the steps of the shopping process. In this case, we recommend reading the guide how to shop. Technical error on the website: If you suspect that you cannot place an order due to a technical error on our e-shop, please contact us. If you can provide a description of the problem, a photo from your phone or a video of the error, it will help us a lot in resolving the technical issue.
All products are placed in the production queue the moment the order is sent. The material required for production is always in stock. On the product page, you can see the nearest delivery date. This date is valid if the "Express Delivery" option is chosen.

If you did not receive a confirmation email when sending the order or if you are not receiving emails related to order changes, one of the following scenarios may have occurred:
- Your email was sent to spam - In this case, it is necessary to check the "spam" or "junk mail" folder. With G-mail and other email providers, it can happen that the provider marks the email as spam.
- The email address entered in the order is incorrectly written - When sending an order, it is important that the email address filled out is valid. In this case, we recommend contacting our customer support, where we can change the email to the correct one and you will also receive an email with the order.
- Your email inbox is full - If your email inbox is full, it is not possible to receive new emails, including emails from us. To be able to receive emails, it is necessary to free up space in the email inbox, e.g., by deleting older emails.
- You did not send the order - If the order was not sent at checkout with the button used to send the order and you were not redirected to a thank you screen, it is likely that the order was not sent. In this case, we also recommend contacting customer support.
Yes. If you would like to have, for example, your own text, dedication or favorite quote engraved on the product, feel free to contact us and send us your idea at dublez@dublez.com. Our graphic department will check whether the customization is possible.

Almost all of our products feature a small, subtle logo of our company. The logo is tiny and not very noticeable. If you would like to remove the logo nonetheless, so that it is not engraved on the product, it is possible. You will need to inform us in advance so that we can add this service to your order.
