We’ll automatically suggest the right amount of foam tape based on the product size. If you’d like to make installation even easier, we can professionally pre-apply the foam tape directly to the product – just select this option when ordering.
For larger sizes, the product can also be mounted using assembly adhesive.
Wooden Quality That Lasts for Years
The product is cut using laser technology from a wooden HDF board – a high-density fibreboard made by compressing wood fibers and resin under pressure. The material is durable (3 mm thick), dimensionally stable, with a smooth surface. Thanks to its strength, we're able to cut even fine, delicate details.

You can choose from 12 semi-matte finishes, offering increased resistance to everyday scratches. The 3 mm thickness gives the product a subtle 3D effect with soft shading, making it look clean and elegant on the wall – unlike thin paper stickers.
The board meets the European E1 emission standard – it’s safe and suitable for indoor use (including children's rooms).

This guide provides general recommendations for products designed for wall installation. Some items, such as family trees, maps, calendars, and picture frames, may have specific installation instructions. If you're unsure which mounting method is suitable, check the product description on our website, which will mention the recommended installation approach.
Important Note: For protection, some products are packaged in bubble wrap and may be secured in a protective template made from the same material. This template, taped to the back, safely holds all parts together. Carefully remove the tape from the back to take out the product.
Installation Tips:
- Partner Installation: We recommend installing the product with a partner. Having someone check placement from a distance can ensure it’s correctly positioned.
- Pre-Layout on Floor: For products with multiple parts, lay them out on the floor first to visualize the final arrangement before wall installation.
Types of Mounting:
- Pre-Applied Foam Adhesive Tape: For products with pre-applied foam tape, installation is straightforward. This method is usually used for smaller or lightweight items. (Detailed instructions for mounting with foam tape are available here.)
- Unapplied Foam Tape: Some products include foam tape that isn't pre-applied. Cut the tape to fit and apply it to key points on the back of the product. After applying the tape, remove the green film and attach the product to the wall. Once positioned, press firmly to secure it. Foam tape is also available for purchase separately. One meter of tape is divided into 10 strips, each 10 cm long, which can be trimmed as needed. Instructions for applying foam tape are available here. - Adhesive Putty: Adhesive putty is ideal for small, lightweight products where foam tape isn’t feasible. To use, warm the putty between your fingers to soften it, then apply it to the product. Press the product firmly against the wall. The putty will harden in a few hours, providing a secure hold. Note: Do not use putty for large or heavy products.
- Small Nails: For larger products, we recommend using small nails (not included) to secure the item to the wall. Nails with small heads allow the product to sit flush against the wall. Tip: Leave a 0.5 mm gap between the nail and the wall to make removal easier. If needed, you can pull the nail out with pliers without damaging the product.
- Assembly Adhesive: Assembly adhesive is another option for wall mounting. However, removing it later may be challenging and could damage the plaster.

- Removing Products with Foam Tape: Foam adhesive tape is strong. If removal is needed, carefully cut the foam behind the product using a thin knife, then peel off any remaining foam from the wall.
- Visual Layout Tip: For multi-part products, arrange the parts on the floor as a guide before transferring them to the wall.

Yes, our customers often order our products as gifts for their loved ones. We do not include the invoice in the package, so you do not have to worry that the recipient will see the price of the gift. Invoices are sent exclusively in electronic form to the e-mail address you entered at checkout.
If you are ordering the product as a gift, it will be packed in the same standard way as other orders. We pack every package carefully, safely and tastefully, so the product arrives in perfect condition and looks nice from the moment it is unwrapped.

Before choosing the size, we recommend measuring the space first where you want to place the decoration. The right size is important so that the product looks balanced and natural on the wall.
A size that is too small may get lost on a large wall and look out of place. On the other hand, a size that is too large may visually overwhelm the space and make the decoration look crowded.
We therefore recommend choosing a suitable size according to the width of the wall while also leaving enough free space around the decoration. Ideally, leave at least 20 cm from the edges of the wall or furniture so the space can “breathe” and the decoration stands out nicely.
Yes, after unpacking, the product may have a specific smell. This is a natural smell that occurs during the production process.
Some customers do not mind this smell or even find it pleasant, while others may notice it more intensely. However, there is no need to worry — this is normal and not a product defect.
After unpacking, leave the product to air out freely. The smell usually fades naturally within approximately 10 days.
Yes, the product can be removed from the wall later, but it is important to proceed very carefully. The foam tape we use is strong and reliably holds the product on the wall so that it does not fall off by itself.
If you decide to remove the product after some time, we recommend first carefully separating the foam tape from the wall. You can use a thin sharp knife, ideally a retractable utility knife, strong nylon thread or fishing line. Carefully slide the knife / nylon thread behind the product and slowly cut through the foam tape between the product and the wall.
Any tape residue left on the wall should then be removed gradually and without using excessive force. If the remaining foam tape sticks too firmly to the wall and there is a risk of pulling off the plaster, we recommend heating the tape with a hair dryer or heat gun so that the adhesive loosens. Since there are different types of plaster and wall surfaces, the result may depend on the structure and quality of your wall. When removing the product, we therefore recommend adjusting the method to the specific surface to minimize the risk of damaging the plaster or paint.
Our products are made from wood-based materials, so certain limitations should be taken into account when placing them in a humid environment.
If the product will not be directly exposed to rain, splashing water or constant contact with moisture, in most cases this should not be a problem. However, please keep in mind that wood is a natural material and may react to changes in humidity and temperature. Larger fluctuations may, for example, cause the material to bend slightly.
In such a case, we recommend attaching the product to the wall using small nails with a small head. The nail head helps press the product more firmly against the wall and reduces the risk of movement or deformation. The number of nails depends on the specific product, its size and shape.
We do not recommend placing the product in areas where it will be directly exposed to water, rain or long-term very high humidity.

The supplier’s materials are also certified under the PEFC programme, which supports responsible forest management. This means that the wood used in production comes from verified and sustainably managed sources.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we can still change it. If you need to quickly change something in your order, it is important to contact us immediately so that it does not go into production. If you realize that you forgot to add another product to your cart, selected the wrong product size, or made a mistake in the delivery details, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we will be able to edit the order before it is produced or shipped.
Yes, we pack our products safely so they arrive to you in perfect condition. Most products are placed in a protective template, and all products are also wrapped in bubble wrap. They are delivered in sturdy cardboard made from 5-layer corrugated board.
Products that consist of several pieces may be packed in a smaller package than the total size of the product, as the individual parts are stacked on top of each other inside the package. There is therefore no need to worry that you have received a different product.
We ship most of our products in a protective wooden template, which is made from the same material as the product itself. The template is attached to the product with paper adhesive tape on the back side.
After removing the paper tape, you can simply take the product out of the template. The template is used for safe transport of the goods to reduce the risk of damage to the product during delivery.
Please note that the template is only packaging material and is not part of the product. Any damage to the template therefore cannot be accepted as a product claim, as it serves exclusively to protect the product during transport.
How to place an order: After selecting the design and size, you need to add the product to your cart. The shopping cart is located in the top right corner of the page. Then you need to fill in:
- Your e-mail address.
- Billing and delivery details.
- Choose the shipping method and payment method.
- Finally, simply submit the order.

All other products are added to the production queue at the moment the order is placed. We always have the material needed for production in stock. On the product page, you can see the earliest estimated delivery date. This date applies if you select the “Express delivery” shipping option. Standard delivery dates are available at checkout when choosing the shipping method.
If you did not receive a confirmation email when sending the order or if you are not receiving emails related to order changes, one of the following scenarios may have occurred:
- Your email was sent to spam - In this case, it is necessary to check the "spam" or "junk mail" folder. With G-mail and other email providers, it can happen that the provider marks the email as spam.
- The email address entered in the order is incorrectly written - When sending an order, it is important that the email address filled out is valid. In this case, we recommend contacting our customer support, where we can change the email to the correct one and you will also receive an email with the order.
- Your email inbox is full - If your email inbox is full, it is not possible to receive new emails, including emails from us. To be able to receive emails, it is necessary to free up space in the email inbox, e.g., by deleting older emails.
- You did not send the order - If the order was not sent at checkout with the button used to send the order and you were not redirected to a thank you screen, it is likely that the order was not sent. In this case, we also recommend contacting customer support.
Yes. If you would like to have, for example, your own text, dedication or favorite quote engraved on the product, feel free to contact us and send us your idea at dublez@dublez.com. Our graphic department will check whether the customization is possible.
Yes, if you are interested, contact us by e-mail with your idea or request for a custom product, or with a request to modify one of our existing products.
Our graphic department will assess your request and check the production possibilities. Many of our products were created based on ideas and requests from customers, so we will be happy to take a look at your idea.
If production is possible, we will prepare a suggested next step for you. If a specific solution is not suitable for production, we will be happy to recommend a similar product or another suitable alternative from our offer.
Almost all of our products feature a small DUBLEZ logo. The logo is subtle, small in size and does not look distracting on the product.
If you still wish to have the product without the logo, we can arrange for the logo not to be engraved on the product. However, you need to inform us about this request in advance, before production, so we can add it to your order.
The logo may not be present on all products, so if you are interested in having it removed, please contact us in advance.
